The journey started in in way back 1984 when Mr Binode Kumar Saraf took an initiative to serve Entrepreneurs in setting up their small-scale units. Since then, more than 200 small entrepreneurs were assisted to get prepared project reports, securing finance from different Banks and Financial Institutions. Along with this he has assisted more than 60 medium size units in preparation of project reports for securing term loans from Banks and FI specifically in the field of Plywood, Tea Factory, Paper Mill, Rice Mills , Solvent Extraction Plants & many others. .
Mr Binode Kr Saraf was actively involved in liaison with the then Cottage & Small Scale Industries Dept, Small Industries Service Institute, National Small Industries Corporation , and District Industries Centres for growth and development of small scale industries in West Bengal. He was closely associated with WDCC (West Dinajpur Chamber of Commerce), FASII (Federation of Association of Small Industries of India), WEBCON (West Bengal Consultancy Organisation) in various EDP (Entrepreneurship Development Program) in different roles.
In 1986 a new firm was incorporated in the name of “B K & Associates”.
Considering his active participation in debt syndication, Mr Saraf also been invited at as a participant in NISIET, Ministry of Industries, Govt of India, at Hyderabad in the year 1986 to undergo a residential training on ’Feasibility Survey & Analysis’. Gradually with expansion of business and increase in number of clients the firm was converted into ‘B.K. Consultants Pvt Ltd’ in the year 2008.
Subsequently company name was changed to ‘Endeavour Capital Advisors Pvt Ltd’ in the year 2012 involving more Professionals with a view to cater a wide range of services.
